Llewellyn's Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Llewellyn's Manufactured Home Community stands as a well-established residential option for those seeking a peaceful and affordable lifestyle in the heart of York County. Located in the picturesque area of Dover, Pennsylvania, this community has been family-owned and operated for over 60 years, fostering a long-standing tradition of providing stable housing for local residents. The park is designed to offer a suburban retreat that balances the privacy of individual home ownership with the benefits of a managed land-lease environment. For many Pennsylvanians in the Dover area, this community represents a quiet alternative to high-density apartment living or more expensive traditional real estate.
The community is widely recognized for its neat and orderly appearance, reflecting the care put into the property over several decades. Residents and visitors often note the open spaces and the scenic views that characterize the local landscape. As a neighborhood, it attracts a variety of individuals, from those just starting out on their homeownership journey to retirees looking for a manageable and calm setting. The park’s history as a family-run business adds a layer of continuity and personal investment that is often missing from larger, corporately managed manufactured home sites.
Location is a primary draw for Llewellyn's Manufactured Home Community. Choosing Llewellyn's Manufactured Home Community is a decision rooted in the desire for a stable, long-term home in a well-regarded part of Pennsylvania. In a modern housing market that can often feel impersonal, the family-owned nature of this park offers a different perspective on residency. It is a place where history meets modern convenience, providing the infrastructure needed for a comfortable life without the excessive costs often found in newer developments. The park’s longevity is a testament to its viability and the satisfaction of those who call it home.
Furthermore, the park is worth choosing for its strategic location. Being able to access the commerce of Route 30 and the connectivity of I-83 while living on a quiet road like Bull Rd offers the best of both worlds. While the management maintains strict standards to preserve the community's quiet and tidy reputation—including specific policies on animal breeds and behavioral expectations—these measures ultimately serve to protect the tranquility of all neighbors. For those who seek a "nicely kept" environment where they can enjoy the pastoral beauty of Dover with the security of an established management team, Llewellyn's remains a standout choice for manufactured home living in York County.

Looks like a nicely kept mobile home park . Although there are no lights in the streets at night. Saw a bunch of open spaces available
I called to speak about living in this community. I asked about my animals and the lady was extremely rude said my Australian shepherd and pit bull was not welcomed. I laughed and questioned why my aussie wasn't allowed and she hung up on me. I called back and it rang for a while then was answered and she put the phone down and wouldn't talk to me as I can hear her and a gentlemen talking in the background. I kept trying to get someone's attention and I finally hung up after no one would come to the phone. I can understand the pit bull because of how people view them. Its a common problem however I have never heard my aussie being an issue. The unprofessionalism is real with this lady!
This is a very quiet and cozy neighborhood
We love it here. Quiet, safe, beautiful landscape. A person could not ask for a nicer place to live.
Very pleasant and very friendly people live there. My husband and I are looking to buy a place with beautiful scenery and friendly neighborhood.
