When considering a mobile home park in Pennsylvania, Maple Manor is worth choosing because it transcends the typical expectations of a rental community. Many residents who moved there out of necessity or during challenging life transitions have found themselves staying for years because of the emotional and social value the park provides. The transition from being a newcomer to feeling like a part of a "real neighborhood" is a common experience here. This sense of belonging is rare in modern residential settings and is a testament to the friendly people and the "good community feel" that defines the park.
Furthermore, the practical benefits of choosing Maple Manor are significant. The excellence of the office staff and the maintenance men ensures that your living environment is not just a place to stay, but a well-managed home where your needs are respected. The focus on accessibility—including wheelchair accessible entrances and parking—demonstrates a level of care and modern standard-setting that makes the park inclusive for everyone. For anyone seeking a quiet, safe, and friendly place in Lackawanna County, Maple Manor stands out as a premier choice that offers both a peaceful lifestyle and a supportive network of neighbors.

My wife and I moved to Maple Manor in 2018 after finding out I needed a heart transplant. We moved here out of necessity and almost 7 years later I really don't want to leave. For the first time since I left my childhood home 40 years ago I feel like I live in a real neighborhood again. I've met so many wonderful people here and have made so many friends. It's quie, safe, and maintenance always takes care of us. It's a really nice place to live.
We are residents here for 6 years. It^s a quiet peaceful community where decent friendly people live. The office and maintenance men are excellent. There are elderly and families with children. It has a good community feel.
Decent place. Mike the maintenance guy is good. Real good and friendly. Neighbors kinda suck. One guy will bring his dog right behind your house and let it pee on your bbq grill. Other than that cant say enough good things about staff, mainly like i said maintenance guy mike. They keep him busy and hes been there 18 yrs. They need to give him a raise
My husband and I moved into this community never having lived in a home like this. Our idea of this was that the community and the structure were going to be less than stable. We were both put to shame at our ignorance in thinking. This neighborhood of people is a beautiful community that have a wonderful respect for one another. These homes are so solid and pretty and well maintained. After only a year of living here my husband died of cancer, leaving me here on my own. The maintenance team and manager have helped me to live independently and taught me that community is so important. Moving to Maple Manor was the best decision My husband and I made, not just for the end of his life , but for my future.
I lived there briefly in 2006. I really enjoyed the park. My daughter loved it. My ex wasn't so happy there, but that doesn't affect my feelings. The Manager runs a tight ship, which is why it looks so decent. I'm seriously looking to buy another house there if one becomes available. My daughter, now 21 and working and very independent, eagerly wants to return and be a mobile homeowner. Still patiently looking. I highly recommend Maple Manor...
