Came to view a property listed for sale, and was absolutely astounded by the poor condition of several homes and the lack of infrastructure within this small mobile home community.. We saw several plain view code violations, as well as potential hazards to small children/animals.
No rent to own options and if you wanna rent it’s $1,200 a month
