This park is kept clean by the people who live here. But the people who own this park is terrible to rent from. Cook properties is who owns it and I will never rent from them again. They’re terrible at getting ahold of when there’s an issue with something and they’re terribly rude. I would look elsewhere. We love the house we have here but we hate the owners.

I have lived here for seven years and 8months and I love it here. It is very quite.it is owned by a corporationHave to be honest two homes are empty and a third is up for Sale now AGL HOMES PARK OWNER ARE PUTTING IN TWO MORE HOMES. PEOPLE DONT LIKE CORPORT RULE in stead of putting in more Homes the park owner should make a Safe Place for kids to play

It seems like a place you go when you are at the end of your rope and might as well give up. A place where you are just waiting to expire. When the frogs are making noise in the woods and that's exciting to you it's time to hang it up. Move there and finish it
