My family purchases a small mobile home here for my mother. It's a quiet place. Not the fanciest, a lot of run down homes here. That being said it's right next to the interstate. Few miles to a Walmart. And there is overnight truck and trailer parking right next door. It's okay for some lacking funds for a bigger home.
