Used to be a fair place to live with rent etc. However no more, they took the water and the sewer which was included in the lot rent. I am just one person and between the two and the fees they charge roughly 50 dollars a month. Maintenance men would come and pick up branches whether they fell or you trim them which by the way should be there responsibility to take care of the trees. You rent the lot (not own) why should it be your responsibility it's bad enough we have to take care of the lawn and the leaves without any assistance from them. I can go on and on I've been here a very long time and with what they do now compared to what they used to do and they have the guts and the greed at this time when people are hurting on fixed incomes and high inflation to raise the lot rent $20 more a month. This is the highest I can remember. Any retaliation against me from the park management will be taken to court. First amendment of the United States Constitution freedom of speech.

They said it would take 48 hours to hear back from them after submitting my application. They cashed my money order for my application fee in August 2018. Never ran the application. Never contacted me back about anything and wouldn't answer my calls after that. Here we are 6 months later and I still have not heard back from them. This place is a joke and will steal your money. Do not fall for it. Save yourself the trouble.UPDATE: It's been 2 and a half years now they never got back to me about my application. Never returned any of my calls about it. But they sure did keep the money I paid for my application that they never even processed. They are lucky I didn't press charges because they basically robbed me. Smh.

The management of star view is completely rude to its residents.they do not an will not work with anyone.to help them.the rent shouldn't be increased. For any reason. The maintenance staff is a complete joke,a 10 year old kid could do a better job.this all needs addressed by residents. So the issues come to a halt..or the problems will continue to get worse .in a larger manor.its time that the park gives the residents the services there been paying for..we at starview have nothing. Like other parks have but we continue to pay high rent.WHY...???..

Very dissatisfied with the work. I had a blockage in my toilet. However they had a plumber come out within the hour but all he did was use a plunger for about half an hour. Never used a snake or anything to try and clear the blockage. Just told me that he didn't have time to stay and help. Told me just to pay money for a new toilet instead of him working on it.

These people run their parks like slum lords. They are rude and continue to harass you even when doing nothing wrong. If your neighbor lies about you they take the neighbors accounts first. They also do nothing about the children in their parks running wild. Do not recommend them to anyone.
