It's a nice place to live in it's quiet The Neighbors it's not up in your business everyone Minds their own business.
There’s a reason so many of the mobile homes in this park for sale. When you call for help, they don’t wanna answer your questions so they hang up on you. They’re very ignorant if you have an option for another park, take it.
Not a good place to live. They just take your rent and put it in there pocket never improvements to the park. Now the park in full of disrespectful people that blast their music at all times. Because he lets all of his buddies move in here and they can do what they want. Constantly driving four wheelers and dirt bikes fast up and down the park roads. They are going to kill someone and then he will get sued because he does nothing about the problems just creates them!
It would be a much nicer place to live, if, and ONLY IF the owner Ryan Flynn, would take care of his place. He is an absentee landlord.
