Has been a nightmare since new owners took over. Has gotten worse with new park manager. She has no clue on how to run a mobile home park. No clue on town rules. Trying to be everyone’s friend. Says one thing to one person about an issue and another thing to next person on same issue. Has done nothing but caused issues with home owners. Have issues with speeding and minibikes scooters etc nothing has been done. District Manager seems to be just as bad. If you could do zero review I would.

This place has went down hill since new owners took over ! They do nothing in this park .drains are all clogged with stinking water running down the road ,drinking water is not safe .place is disgusting ! Candle stick park

Very disappointed with the company that took over(lakeshore). The woman in the office is extremely rude. And to top it all off, my bushes were cut down to 4 feet. This is one of lakeshores ridiculous rules. I bought my home 5 years ago and the privacy element was a huge selling point. Now that was completely taken today. I would not recommend moving here.

We've lived here for almost 14 years and look forward to many more. It's a wonderful place to live. The owners truly care about their community. The grounds are well maintained and they are attentive to any situations that arise.

Was a decent place until the new owners (Lakeshore) took over. They have taken and killed all of the geese in the development, advocated and encouraged residents to remove owned cats, and have a ton of asinine rules (no gardens, no play/swing sets, no pitbulls/german shepherds/rotties, no guests without approval). The person in charge of interpersonal communications, Katrina, is extremely rude. She will snap, hang up on you, and talk over you. I would not recommend moving in.
