Stayed 10/3/2025 - 10/5/2025; Staff was very friendly upon my first call inquiring about vacancy's the night before. Once I arrived, staff was even friendlier and accommodating! I was amazed with the condition of the entire campground, being supplied with tons of flowers, pumpkins, and seasonal decorations. More, in fact, than I've ever seen at any campground! Site was large, clean, and the firepit was cleaned out. Utilities were updated and easy to connect/use. Other campers were extremely welcoming, too. I will definitely be returning!

Not sure why the reviews are so good for this place. Most of them refer to how clean it is but isn't "clean" the bare minimum? My expectations were pretty low since I was able to book so last minute for a holiday weekend, but we actually were so miserable there that we packed up and went home after 2 nights of what would have been a 4 night stay.We have been camping our entirely lives and have never felt so unwelcome at a campground. Clearly they cater to their seasonal clientele and were very under staffed for the influx of transients on the Holiday weekend. There were so many little things I don't know where to start but a few highlights:1. See my picture of what they offer for a fire pit.2. No cable, and only one channel comes in via antenna3. There is only a kiddie pool4. One of the only activities for kids is "kid only swim", my 11 year old dtr went up there for one of those sessions and there was no adult supervision!?5. Owner?/ staff? Yelled at me and my family for having bottled water poolside despite other campers having full picnics and sodas there (clearly the seasonal folks know the patrol schedule of the very limited staff) lol like a town with three cops that only work days6. Also we were yelled at for having a cooking fire because it was "too hot out"In their defense we generally camp at resort campgrounds, however as some of the other reviews mention it is really a customer service issue there, the tone of the staff and their strange approach. I would've loved to be a fly on the wall when they handed our neighbors the info on the septic system and said "this is for your husband", I wonder if HER WIFE thought it was funny or offensive. (They didn't stay long 🙄)

Really nice small campground in southwestern Massachusetts. This is very convenient to us -only about a 35 minute drive to get there yet. It feels like you’re much further out into the countryside. Very quiet campground, mostly older folks, a few families with children that came for the Halloween festivities, and a large number of friendly seasonals. There are many attractions in the area that you can daytrip to while coming back for a relaxing and quiet evening at this campground. The sites were good. Hook ups were fine. Bathrooms were very clean. Very dog friendly. Just the basics. Nice simple pleasant campground. Definitely recommend.
