Nice, well maintained, not many disturbances (comments are by personal observation). As a visitor of the community on a regular basis thru 2020 and 2021 it has always been a friendly place. Only critique is a few pot holes on the unpaved streets/drives. Nice to see all the streets paved/asphalt in future.
