New owner/owners neglect grounds care/snow removal for tenants, unnecessarily putting tenants at risk. Lack of response to tenants calls is inexcusable.Re-visited...worse now than before...trailers on top of trailers, no play area for children. Owners strictly money hungry. Show no concern for tenants.
