Pine Springs Mobile Home Park Introduce
Pine Springs Mobile Home Park is an attractive and serene residential community nestled in the historic town of Crumpton, Maryland. Located on the beautiful Eastern Shore, this park offers a unique opportunity for individuals and families to enjoy a comfortable, uncrowded lifestyle in a scenic, park-like environment. As a family-owned and operated establishment that has served the region for over half a century, Pine Springs has established itself as a cornerstone of affordable housing in Queen Anne's County. The community is characterized by its tree-lined paved streets and a pervasive sense of pride among its residents, many of whom have called the park home for over twenty years.
Living at Pine Springs Mobile Home Park means embracing the slower pace and natural beauty of Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The park is designed to offer a peaceful sanctuary away from the congestion of more urban areas while maintaining a high standard of community maintenance. Residents here own their own homes and lease spacious lots, creating a stable neighborhood where neighbors know one another and look out for the collective well-being of the community. Whether you are a long-term resident or a newcomer looking for a quiet retreat near the water, the park provides a relaxing atmosphere that is increasingly rare in the modern housing market.
The location of Pine Springs Mobile Home Park at 400 4th St in Crumpton offers a strategic balance of seclusion and accessibility. Crumpton itself is a historic town dating back to the late 17th century, situated along the picturesque Chester River. For residents who enjoy the outdoors, the scenic river is less than a half-mile away, providing easy access to fishing, boating, and waterfront strolls. Despite its small-town charm, the park is positioned within easy commuting distance of several key regional hubs. It is a convenient drive to Chestertown, MD, and Dover, DE, making it an ideal choice for those who work in these areas but prefer the quiet of a rural setting. Major travel routes like Route 301 are nearby, ensuring that the broader attractions of Maryland and Delaware are always within reach.
Accessibility within the local area is further enhanced by the town's compact nature. While Crumpton is a "tiny town," it features essential local services including a post office, a church, and an active volunteer fire department. For larger shopping trips and diverse dining options, residents only need to travel a few minutes to neighboring towns. The park’s position on 4th Street is specifically noted by long-term residents for being exceptionally clean and well-managed, providing a stark and pleasant contrast to the older, empty buildings found in some other parts of the historic town center.
The services offered at Pine Springs Mobile Home Park are tailored to support a hassle-free and comfortable residential experience.
