I WAS interested in a home in this estate but they don't allow dogs unless it's a service dog. When I politely asked why, the response I got was rude. Think twice before you consider them and Mapleroot Estates (same company).
Nice elderly community with private roads, virtually no parked cars on the roads, and no fences. The small community is generally well-kept with verdant lawns and ample shade.
This is a family friendly neighborhood that offers the perfect setting for fun. I took a tour of the neighborhood to look around and enjoyed doing it. If you are looking for a quite, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood this is the place to live.,
We live here. Quiet and clean. Deer and wild turkeys like to visit. There are Whitetail Deer that walk around munching away.
Quiet, well maintained homes. Great, friendly. Helpful neighbors. No dogs allowed without a disabilities care animal designation. Close to route 95 and all shopping venues.
