A well organized RV park, and clearly a favorite spot for eastern Pennsylvanians. We just stayed 2 nights, as we were visiting family in the vicinity, and it was our first time, but the majority of the residents were clearly regulars. I would say that 70% of the encampments are permanent, equipped with custom wooden decks with stairs, gardens, bear gardens, animal enclosures, fences, sheds and decorations, while 30% are for more occasional visitors. (I would roughly estimate 100 RV sites in total.) It was a family atmosphere, a vacation park, the pool and playground filled with kids. Many people get around in golf carts. Good camp store. Easy access to Bethlehem.
Stayed for the week. It was very quiet, most sites were seasonals. Nice pool and playground. Very clean and well kept, clean bathhouses. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. I only took away one star because my husband and I had literally no cell service whatsoever unless we went up to the store
Very accommodating and helpful staff. Bathrooms are clean and showers are nice and hot. Checkout for tent sites is 12 pm and they only charge $10 more to checkout at 4pm. The pool and playground looked great although i did not use either since it downpoured the entire weekend. My only grip is that the tent sites are slightly close to each other without much of a barrier. They have a lot of activities but unfortunately do not have a catch & release pond that my kids were hoping for.
Great campground. Very clean and professional staff. Highly recommended for families with young children.I traveled solo and still had a great time. I loved my stay there.I was hoping to work remote but myT-Mobile hotspot was very spotty and the connection was poor despite checking the Tmobile website and seeing that T-Mobile had a strong signal at this address. Looking into satellite Internet to work remote
RR is a family campground that accomodates all kinds of sites, from big assed RV homes, to smaller RVs to car camping to simple tent sites. Fortunately, as it was Friday Memorial day weekend, and one client wasn't coming in til Friday, and it was a 3 day minimum to take a site they moved or offered us a tent site that was open that night instead of the rocky RV site we had been assigned. That was fortunate, as I don't see how we were going to tent on those rocks. I did not use the shower, but I heard the flow was abysmal, but I guess it got the job done. We were in multiple sites, and while we didn't have a fire at ours, we walked over to the others where they did start up theirs.
