Seashore Mobile Home Park Introduce

For individuals and families seeking a residential foothold in Atlantic County, New Jersey, Seashore Mobile Home Park offers a specialized housing solution within the city of Pleasantville. As a dedicated manufactured housing community, this park provides an alternative to traditional apartment living or high-cost single-family homes, focusing on the unique lifestyle that mobile home parks offer. In the context of New Jersey’s competitive real estate market, Seashore Mobile Home Park serves as an established site for those looking to reside near the shore while maintaining a budget-conscious lifestyle.

The park is designed as a structured community where residents own or rent individual manufactured homes situated on managed lots. This setup allows for a sense of autonomy and privacy that is often missing in multi-unit complexes, as each home stands as an independent structure. The community atmosphere in Pleasantville is characterized by its urban-suburban mix, and Seashore Mobile Home Park mirrors this by providing a quiet residential pocket within a busy coastal region. Prospective residents often look to this park for its accessibility to local employment hubs and the convenience of being part of a managed neighborhood environment.

Location and accessibility are primary considerations for anyone living in the South Jersey region. Seashore Mobile Home Park is situated at 15 W Redwood Ave, OFFICE UNIT 16, Pleasantville, NJ 08232, USA. This central location in Pleasantville puts residents in a prime position to navigate the surrounding Atlantic County landscape. Pleasantville itself is known as a major transportation junction, sitting just minutes away from Atlantic City, the region's primary entertainment and employment center. The park's proximity to the Atlantic City Expressway and the Garden State Parkway makes it an ideal spot for commuters who need to travel north toward Ocean County or west toward Philadelphia.

Beyond regional travel, the local accessibility is notable. Residents are located near the Black Horse Pike (Route 40) and the White Horse Pike (Route 30), both of which are lined with essential retail services, grocery stores, and local dining options. For those who rely on public transportation, the Pleasantville Bus Terminal is a major hub for NJ Transit, providing reliable connections across the state. The park's location ensures that while residents have their own quiet space, they are never far from the necessities of modern New Jersey life, including healthcare facilities like Shore Medical Center and Atlanticare Regional Medical Center.

Seashore Mobile Home Park provides a range of services designed to facilitate the daily operations of a manufactured housing community. So not worth it. If you value your money's worth look somewhere else. They are very expensive and the houses are not worth it. The houses are missing a lot of things that a house should have. For example,"master bedroom" (the rooms are very small) didn't come with a light and neither did the living room. And none of the rooms come with locks. The walls are cheap. Just run the other way is all I have to say. You can find something way better at a better price. Oh yeah and they are thiefs! They WILL take your security deposit no matter what! All 2,000 of it.

Where’s the assistance when you need it? Nobody is ever in office .. only 3 employees.. but where are they? They’re NEVER in office ONCE AGAIN. These new workers and owners are literally something else because BEFORE, the old workers were always in office. Where are they at? They need to come back!!
