I love this place. When you drive in from main highway, it feels like out of this world. It's clean, quiet and the houses look gorgeous. This is where I wanna retire when my time comes. The people in the office are wonderful.

Visited a friend at Silverman. Place is kept manicured and very quiet. She took me to the clubhouse and there was a game of Bingo going on. There were a lot of new trailers being installed everywhere. Seems like a very nice 55 and over trailer park establishment.

Love it perfect for the empty nester...u buy your trailer. Pay lot rent(includes water/sewer grass cut, snow removal)My sister loves it you can now even have 1 dog.

I just purchased a home there but haven't moved in yet. The community is very clean and maintenance by the HOA includes cutting grass and snow removal for the homeowners. They have a pool and clubhouse which is part of the monthly fees.I met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly. Last but not least the homes are more affordable than many of the other 55+ communities in Monmouth County.

Still the same. A nice place to live.Recent increases has made living here more expensive, but still a good deal.Many new manufactured homes available.
