Maintenance is non-existent, you'll wait months for basic repairs and it is never fixed the first time. These apartments are all falling apart at the seams. You know it's bad when your own maintenance contractors make fun of you for how bad of a management company you are. With these apartments, looks are very deceiving. For the price and area, you could do MUCH better. Neighbors are noisy, also love to walk right up and look in through your windows, no privacy. I can't wait until my lease ends. I would break it early if I didn't need my deposit back. This place isn't worth the stress.
