Nice place to visit. They have very strict rules about everything. There were 4 homes for sale when I went to look. A lot of the homes are very old. Some are new. Most are very nice. It's located on Montauk Highway. But since it's located near an air base with airport it's very noisy. A lot of noisy helicopter activity as well. Nice place but I don't want to live here.
There's no off street parking, which was a big downside. The houses were all well taken care of and the home we looked at was beautiful inside, but too small for us.
