The park's management is known for being thorough in their inspections and rule enforcement, which, while strict, serves to protect the property values and the overall standard of living for all residents. This "picky" nature ensures that the park does not fall into disrepair, a common concern in mobile home communities. Furthermore, the value proposition of Swan Harbour Dell is significant when compared to the rising costs of traditional real estate in Maryland. Its location in Havre de Grace provides an excellent quality of life, with easy access to some of the best parks, restaurants, and waterfront views in the state. For those seeking an affordable, accessible, and disciplined community, Swan Harbour Dell remains a prominent fixture in the local housing market.

Swan Harbour Dell, from the outside it looks like a nice place to live but what you don’t know ….They just has a big lot rent increase $45 and did a poor job justifying it. Oh yes they did a little paving, put up new fancy street signs but did little else. The money should be spent on infrastructure - can’t keep the water running. It seems to go out for several unannounced hours every month. Sewer lines back up and several have collapsed taking days to get repaired. They have pages of rules which are selectively enforced which the management seems exempt from. The resident management is seldom in the office, rarely answers the phone and doesn’t respond to emails . They ignore complaints and basically allow selected residents to do whatever they want but if you let the leaves stay on your grass, need gutter cleaning and the such and they are on you with a violation. And if you want to sell your house they bring out their regional manager who nit picks your property before you can sell. If I had known about this I would have NEVER bought a home there - and I am very glad to be out!

Quiet trailer park. New Park management seems to be doing everything they can to make improvements. Old, run down trailers have been removed to make space for newer, nicer models. Ive lived here for over a year and never had any issues.

Nice place, quiet, not 400000 kids I. Had family that lived there. According to them ground rent sucks an extremely high for a little maintenance. New Management has taken over since I wrote the top section of this. Let's see how it goes from here.

After 5yrs., I still really enjoy the reminder of where I grew up, with trees & stream, in Broad Creek B.S.A... with more people. I enjoy my neighborhood, with kind people & park rules that keep the good ones here & neighborhood in order. I Love the security cameras that are for protection.
