For many Maryland residents, the search for housing that balances cost and convenience often leads to communities like Terrace View Mobile Estates. In a market where traditional home prices continue to climb, this estate offers a practical alternative. The community has a history of serving a diverse population, from long-term residents who have called the park home for decades to newcomers looking for a budget-friendly entry point into the local real estate market. Its presence in the 21225 zip code places it within a network of similar residential pockets that define the unique suburban-urban blend of south Baltimore and the Brooklyn Park area.

The homes are extreamly old and not taken care of. Everyone is really nice but the cons out way the pros. The streets are cramped. There is a police station right down the street as well as an elementary and middle school. It's a nice little community out of the way of things but again not worth the money.

I don't rightly know if 2 stars would be accurate. However, it's "a quiet place"... there are those that would kill to live in "a quiet place" and sign rather than speak, but the obvious display of political dogma had me scared. I'm not for or on any sides. I love peace but this is just not my style. Was happy to drop my friend off and do 70 mph in a 30 mph zone to return to civilization.

Too complicating to try to move into a slumpy place like this. Want too much information and money for an application. You're buying a trailer home but get treated like a straight renter. Didn't like that they trying to get over on us. We're a family of 4, and it was just odd. Poor neighborhood and too many qualifications just to buy it. We had the cash on hand. Doesn't make any sense. Oh well.

Been here since 2011 and have had 0 problems..this is a private property community so yes ashley dary they do need info from you such as background checks to make sure the community is safe for ALL residents. you cant just pay cash and move in. yes you buy your home and its yours but your renting the land which is typical in mobile home communties. The app fee isnt anymore than what you would expect when renting an apartment or house as well as a security deposit bc again your renting the land!..my suggestion for anyone wanting to move in is drive thru the neighborhood and talk to residents and ask them. We are quiet and stick to ourselves as most people in here do..hope this helps any future residents..oh and btw if you have children the kids in the neighboorhood for the most part play very well together as kids will be kids and have disagreements sometimes. But for the most part they are all close and look out for each other.
