Lot rent is ridiculously high, considering the tenants are paying most of the utilities, on the plus side, the office staff couldn’t be more friendlier
Rules only apply to certain residents cars on the grass commercial vehicles all over the road my neighbors have four cars two parked on street and running a business out of the house nothing ever done about it
I personally haven't seen the whole property but it has a decent playground and mail boxes. Reason for the 3 star is that there are big drainage holes at the entrance on both sides and on another street where it would be very easy to accidentally go into wheather you were coming or going. Second complaint is that there isn't a big tree in the playground to provide shade.
Very bad manager,Playground not accessible for.anyone use a stroller or wheelchair.Neighbors low life and too much drugs,Some mobile home looks garbage and the management not care about the garbage around the trailer, but quite place and cheap
I like it here,been on 4th Street for 8 years now, have meet some nice people. I'm a single part time disabled father of a 11 year old son who also likes it here. Because of my health problems I had to find a place close to family in case I need help,here I'm within 5 minutes from my mom and 2 daughters and grandchildren.
