This well-established park has earned a reputation throughout Berks County as a safe, welcoming, and meticulously managed environment where individuals and families can put down roots. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer looking to escape the rising costs of traditional real estate or a senior looking for a quiet place to enjoy retirement, Urban Acres offers a compelling residential experience tailored to local needs.

Urban Acres is more than just a place to park a mobile home; it is a community defined by its people and its leadership. Local residents often highlight the personal touch provided by the management, noting that the ownership is deeply involved in the daily operations of the park. This level of dedication ensures that the grounds are kept in excellent condition and that the needs of the residents are addressed with both speed and kindness. In an era where corporate management can often feel distant, the hands-on approach at Urban Acres provides a refreshing and reassuring atmosphere for everyone who calls this place home. It is a location where neighbors look out for one another, creating a secure environment that is increasingly hard to find.

The location of Urban Acres at 2461 Elizabeth Ave in Temple, Pennsylvania, provides residents with an ideal balance of suburban tranquility and urban accessibility. I have been living here for over a year. Kevin and his wife and his boys are the nicest people I have ever met. They're kind and whenever you need something done, within days it's done. Kevin is the nicest man and owner you ever want to meet. This is the best trailer park you could ever want to live at

It is a trailer park, there are a few nice trailers there but they are way too close to one another for my comfort. The location seems ok. The roads in the park need to be resurfaced. The park appeared to be clean and kept.
