It's not hard to rate this place.. I had the great pleasure to be able to live here for about 3 years. The peaceful, majestic Yellow Breaches Creek gently flows on the east side of this beautiful mobile park( perfect for tubing, fishing) , and another spring fed creek flows through the center, dividing it into two sides. This is beautiful, however be prepared because it floods nearly every year. The serenity in the mornings here are simply spell bounding.William Grove Speedway is almost right next door (if that's your thing ).But if it's not than be prepared for very loud weekends as the noise of the Speedway seems to break through any said silence. The Granger park is within walking distance and houses a flea market every Sunday (weather permitting). The park is home to many wonderful, kindhearted people, with children playing and people grilling.Cats!Cats! Cats! Cats! Cats and more Cats! Everywhere! Cats! The good side of that is there are no rodents. The bad. ..well google that.Overall I gave it 4 stars because I've met the most amazing people that took me in and made me "part of the family ".In fact they are my bff's! LolMy wife and I come to visit yearly from our home in CA

Horrible customer service . Beware that the man answering your initial inquiry phone call will ask for your address. My question is - why do they need your address when the initial phone call is just to find out whether they have an available RV space ? It’s other yes they have availability or NO - they are fully. Booked. Give them a P.O. BOX and not your address . That’s my advice .
