It's an extremely quiet neighborhood which is great! But from what my friend told me, even though they've gone from being privately owned to corporately owned, they still base how they treat their residents based off of money. If you've paid your lot fees and stuff for the year-end they won't bother you about your grass being left to grow a lil longer than it should've. Outside of that though, it's peaceful and private. What more could you desire? 😊

Very nice place to live. Its a quiet little mobile home park where you can light a camp fire and watch the deer in the woods feeding on the farmers greens (lol). So if you decide to come thru dont speed cause if the deer dont get you the guy that lives near the entrance will.
