Benton Hills Mobile Home Park Introduce
For residents of Northeast Pennsylvania seeking a harmonious blend of affordable living and natural splendor, Benton Hills Mobile Home Park stands as a premier choice. Located in the quiet borough of Dalton, within the rolling terrain of Lackawanna County, this versatile community offers more than just a place to reside. It is a multi-faceted destination that serves as a mobile home park, an RV park, and a center for modular home solutions. For local Pennsylvanians looking to escape the congestion of nearby Scranton while remaining within a short commute, Benton Hills provides a sanctuary defined by its "high and dry" ridge-top positioning and breathtaking views of the Endless Mountains.
The community is widely recognized by locals for its safety, cleanliness, and the dedicated management team that maintains the grounds. Unlike many standard residential developments, Benton Hills feels like a natural extension of the Pennsylvania wilderness. Residents and long-term RV guests often remark on the frequent sightings of local wildlife, including deer, wild turkeys, and the occasional black bear. The atmosphere here is one of quiet respect for both neighbors and nature, making it an ideal environment for retirees, working professionals, and families who appreciate the slower pace of life in the Abingtons.
Location and Accessibility
Benton Hills Mobile Home Park is located at 241 Brian Ln, Dalton, PA 18414, USA. This location is strategically situated just minutes away from the recreational hub of Lackawanna State Park, making it a favorite for outdoor enthusiasts. For local commuters, the park offers excellent connectivity via Interstate 81 and U.S. Routes 6 and 11, providing a straightforward route to the commercial centers of Clarks Summit, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre. The park's elevation on a ridge provides residents with magnificent sunrise views that are a hallmark of living in the higher elevations of Lackawanna County.
While the location is incredibly scenic, visitors and residents should be aware of the authentic Pennsylvania mountain terrain. The roads leading to the park can be quite steep, a characteristic that rewards residents with privacy and vantage points but requires caution during the winter months or heavy summer storms. The park itself is designed with ease of access in mind, featuring a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and well-maintained interior lanes that accommodate both standard vehicles and larger RV units. Local residents emphasize that while a personal vehicle is a necessity in this rural setting, the trade-off is a peaceful, "off-the-beaten-path" feel that remains rare in today’s suburban landscape.

What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Benton Hills Mobile Home Park is a decision to prioritize quality of life and natural beauty. For Pennsylvania locals, the park is worth choosing because it avoids the "transient" feel of many other rental communities; here, the emphasis is on long-term stability and a shared appreciation for the landscape. The management’s commitment to solving issues quickly and maintaining a high standard for entry ensures that the park remains one of the safest and most visually appealing in the region.
Furthermore, the value proposition is hard to match in the current Pennsylvania real estate market. With "very reasonable" rent for the area and the ability to choose between RV living, renting, or building a modular home, Benton Hills offers flexibility for every stage of life. Whether you are a local worker needing a quiet place to park your rig for a few months or a family looking to settle into a custom-built modular home with a view, Benton Hills provides the infrastructure and heart to make you feel at home. It is a place where you can watch the trees change colors from your front porch and know that you are living in one of the most beautiful corners of the Commonwealth.

Customer Reviews
I was just visiting a friend but this place is soooo beautiful. I love the time I got to spend here. The surrounding area and towns are very beautiful. The roads can get verrryyy steep, though, which was nerve-racking, and driving at night while it was heavy storming was scary. There were a few trees falling on the road, too. So if it storms be careful!!
BEST!!! SAFE!!! GREAT NEIGHBORS!!! BEAUTIFUL SCENERY & WILDLIFE!!!We have been in the RV section of the mobile home park for 5 months. Kathy… the manager goes above and beyond to keep this a nice and safe place to stay. It’s a beautiful walk around this park and the neighbors are very friendly. My husband and I have traveled for his work for years and this place is one of the very best! The rent is very reasonable for this area. They DO NOT allow people who disrupt the beauty here. I’ve seen deer, turkey and almost a bear! Kathy & Ben go above and beyond to solve any issue that arises. We have enjoyed watching the trees change colors and the sunrise is magnificent. If we ever get to come back to this area… I hope they have room for us! Thank y’all so much for a beautiful place to stay!!! 😘🤗
I am staying in the RV section of this trailer park. And since November of 2021 this place has been great. The staff is always polite and helpful whenever you want it. When it comes to their policies they stick to them like glue which they should. The community is one of the nicest I’ve ever been around everybody waves and everybody greets you like one of the family. I came up here from Scranton to get away from violence and a bad atmosphere. And let me tell you this is the safest I have felt in years. The staff should be commended for their efforts in keeping everybody especially the children safe in this trailer park. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place an 11. Thank you so much for the excellent stay I have had.
We were looking into parking our TT here. They had us fill our a basic application and email back to them. Then they tell you to make a deposit on their website via Card; do not do it. They do disclose that their is a very large fee you will be charged when making a deposit via card. They wait til after we made our deposit to send us their policies and rules. They are so strict that they would kick you out for having a barking dog. I don't know why they don't just make it a "gated" community with all their strict rules.we cancelled moving in their and they said they had to send us a check to refund our money and couldn't reverse the charge on our card instead, for whatever I don't know. But I was not fully refunded! Their website will charge you over $25 to use via card to make a deposit and not refund you in full what you paid. Thieves!!!
Joe the property manager is an amazing guy! My fiancé and I move in RV site. Joe jumped in and helped my fiancé and 2 of my friends(I was at work) whole of the time to hook up and set our trailer up. I appreciate Joe s helping. Responsive and communication well. And this is only one place that responded me than other couple rv sites(all seasons) in northeast PA.
