Tall Timbers Village Introduce

Tall Timbers Village stands as a versatile and welcoming residential hub located in the picturesque landscape of Factoryville, Pennsylvania. More than just a standard mobile home park, this community has evolved into a multi-faceted housing destination that includes an apartment building, a mobile home dealership, and an RV park. For Pennsylvania residents seeking a blend of rural charm and modern convenience, Tall Timbers Village offers a unique "community within a community" atmosphere. The park is well-regarded for its commitment to modernization, having recently undergone significant upgrades including the installation of brand-new manufactured homes to replace older units, ensuring a high standard of living for all who reside here.

The spirit of Tall Timbers Village is defined by its long-term residents and a management team that takes a personal interest in the neighborhood's well-being. From community gardens funded by the park manager to the availability of hunting on park property for residents, the lifestyle here is deeply rooted in the local Pennsylvania outdoors. It serves as an ideal location for families, retirees, and professionals alike, providing a stable and friendly environment that fosters neighborly support. Whether you are looking for a permanent residence or a year-round RV site, Tall Timbers Village balances professional management with a heartfelt, local touch.

Location and accessibility are standout features for Tall Timbers Village. Situated directly on US-6 in Factoryville, PA 18419, the community is strategically positioned at the intersection of S.R. 6/11 and North Overbrook Road. This prime location makes it incredibly accessible for those commuting to the Scranton area, which is just a little over 20 minutes away. Residents enjoy the benefits of a quiet, rural setting without sacrificing proximity to major employment centers, shopping, and healthcare facilities. The park’s layout is designed to be inclusive, offering a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot to accommodate residents and guests with mobility needs.

For families, the community is located within the highly-regarded Lackawanna Trail School District, known for its small class sizes and strong academic focus. Furthermore, the park is within a 30-minute drive of at least five institutions of higher learning, including Keystone College, which is within walking distance. This proximity to educational hubs, combined with easy access to major regional routes like I-81 and I-476, ensures that Tall Timbers Village is perfectly placed for both academic and professional growth. My wife and I have been here over 20 years and we never thought we would be here more than a couple of years, and the reason we stay is because, it's a community within a trailer park and what we mean by that is the people are great!! Plus I can go hunting on Park property and the Park manager spent his own $ to make a community garden. Great school district with small class sizes get and within 30 minutes to at least 5 higher learning institutions. It's a little over 20 minutes from the Scranton area. Have to mention that they are in the process of tearing down old trailers and putting brand new ones in, at least six brand new and slated to put that many or more this year 2021(updated post) and we've decided to put a new one in also. That's how much we like it here!
