Don’t Apply to here because they will automatically deny you. What they don’t tell you is even if the house is being up for sale the owner still has to pay lot rent since it is in their name and you pay an application fee which makes them more money.They have denied dozens of potential buyers for 2+ years just because they can make more money. Don’t waste your money. Only apply for a house that is being sold by the community themselves.
I have lived here over 10 years now. You wouldn't even think you live in a trailer park, extremely clean, very quiet, I get along with all my neighbors. The owner Joe is very nice, very reasonable. The maintenance/grounds workers also very nice, respectable. I have never had an issue here. Yes they are firm on the rules but that is what makes it such a nice place so I can appreciate that.
My parents lived in Blue Sky Manor for 7 1/2 years. Very quiet, peaceful community, with wonderful neighbors!Christina and Chris were extremely helpful, professional and friendly not only during my parents time there but with the sale of their home as well!They were very detail oriented, and have wonderful follow through!I cannot say enough about the management of Blue Sky, the neighbors and the beautiful serene environment!
It's a great place to live. Neighbors are friendly. Very peaceful and quiet. 97% of the people keep their homes and yards nice. You get water, sewer and garbage pick up, included in your monthly fee. No property taxes. The price of a home here, can't be beat. The owner and his employees take pride in the neighborhood, and are there to lend a hand, if needed. If you have children, it is a nice, safe place for them to grow up, as everyone here, is put through background checks.Yes, there are some rules, but, that's what keeps the community looking as good as it does.We love it here!!! It is very pretty here. Some homes have mountain views. There are a lot of trees. Not a barren place, like a lot of mobile home parks. The whole community is surrounded by woods. So glad, we found Blue Sky Manor.Thank you Joe & staff for making this a wonderful place to live.
Best looking and cleanest trailer park I've ever been to. The neighbors are friendly, management is very communicative and hospitable. Nice park for the kids too
