I used to live here back in the day when it was a nice clean park! I was very surprised to see how rundown and dilapidated it became.

this place is a joke..my children were bullied and nobody did anything after we made numerous complaints and we must have aggravated the park management because they began to find reasons to evict us. The management are extremely rude and disrespectful and completely lack professionalism. when we initially moved in they were aware that we had 2 dogs which by the way are certified emotional support dogs and after the bully situation with my kids management began to create complaints about my dogs and then my children and we got the feeling they were trying to force us out and we were told by other residents that management has done it to other ppl in the past.. long story short they tried to force us to forfeit our deed and we finally just decided to leave. imo The park is filthy and poorly maintained with dilapidated trailers everywhere for children to play in and around and possibly get injured and ppl driving through the park always speed! i have 4 kids, the speed limit should be 10-15mph but everybody flies through the park 30-40mph its crazy! we also heard from other residents there is a serious drug issue as well and don't end up a little late on lot rent because they waste no time evicting ppl you will have a sheriff at your door with eviction notice in hand. In my opinion Twin Lakes is not a nice place to live especially if you have children and dogs or high anxiety for that matter. it isn't worth the headache. Prob in our top 5 worst places we have ever lived.

I'm living here for almost exactly 1 year. I have not had any issues whatsoever. Very quiet where I am. The neighbours are nice and polite. I should have purchased here years ago. The morning air is great. Such a relief. Many others here might have had issues but I haven't so far. I'm grateful to be here

I've lived here almost 2 years and the rent is outrageous. The explanation of why the rent is so much is because there is a clubhouse and a pool. We have never needed or used the clubhouse and the pool is closed more than it is open. Last year we were able to swim at our own risk. This year we can not. Their reason is because the filters are broken. We can ONLY swim when a lifeguard is on duty and yet the filters are still broken!!! Also, the pool hours states it's open from 12pm to 7pm yet it's NEVER open until 7 because the lifeguards stop getting paid at 7 so they close it at either 6:30 or 6:45 so they can do their end of day things while still getting paid so that they can leave at 7! Ridiculous!!!

Lot rent is to high, 4 years of living there the pool was never fully functioning. The lake is dirty. The park is rampant with drugs, I personally found used needles at the bus stop. The neighborhood kids are tyrants. Four wheelers, motorcycles and cars fly up the roads. With that being said the office staff in the past year are top notch. Hopefully they can straighten the place out.
