I live here & Yes, a few of the homes are in very rough shape but most of them are reasonably maintained. The park owner doesn't care about the park other than to collect the rent. I 'm responsible for my lot & I have a beautiful flower garden, my property is fenced in & maintained nicely. Under the management of new owner's I hope the few derelict homes will be removed but I won't count on it.

This place is a dump!! No trailer looks livable. Looks like the city dump inside this park??? It's truly bad!! It should b condemned I'm thinking!!
