Great year round trailer park beautiful landscape in process of buying residence owner is great. It's a hidden paradise

I love living at Bogert’s Ranch Estates because I found the perfect sized manufactured home for me and I can afford to own my home even though I don’t own the land. The place is kept clean and attractive. I love the entrance where the first thing you see is the lake with a fountain. The management here comes and blows away the leaves and picks up debris. The roads are always plowed promptly and someone is always around if I need help. Yes, I have to pay lot rent, which varies with the size of your lot, but it’s the only way I could afford to own a private home. Pictures will be added at a later time.

If you thought these pictures were taken after a few minutes of leisurely drinking some delicious beverage, you would be incorrect. Those pictures, more than an inch below the top, were taken immediately after I received my drink. Apparently in some cost cutting efforts following the Peets takeover, the Caribou at 13th & G is jilting long time loyal customers. I have gone to this location twice a week for over five years. The staff are wonderful and friendly, it is right by the metro, and a perfect place to study. I have noticed for a few months that my drink is lower than usual, but today was the last straw. When I asked for more, I was told that was room for cream and just because I don't get cream doesn't mean I get extra drink. I do not know how much whip cream people need but this seems a bit absurd. I paid for a large and received an amount that I can easily fit in a medium cup. I know that they have cut down on the locations, but you should definitely choose the Caribou up at 18th & M instead if you can. They still value their customers.
