What is Worth Choosing

Choosing Brook Ridge is worth considering for New Hampshire residents who are ready to trade the "drudgery" of yard work and home maintenance for a vibrant, socially connected retirement. One of the most significant advantages of this community is the "lock-and-leave" security it provides; because the management handles all exterior maintenance and landscaping, residents are free to travel to the seacoast or the mountains without worrying about their property. The single-level home designs with no-step entries are specifically tailored for long-term comfort, ensuring that the home remains functional and safe as residents age.

Furthermore, the social atmosphere at Brook Ridge is a major draw for many. While reviews from the surrounding traditional neighborhoods sometimes mention a high degree of privacy and protectiveness from the residents, those living within the community often describe a "slice of Heaven" where fellowship is a daily occurrence. The community's commitment to "whole-person wellness" through its fitness center, library, and frequent events like pancake breakfasts and music programs creates an environment that staves off social isolation and encourages a high quality of life. For those seeking a blend of natural serenity, professional care, and a maintenance-free lifestyle in Hooksett, Brook Ridge offers an exceptional retirement experience.

As a neighbor from the surrounding neighborhood I can say that 80% of their residents are rude as well as their “maintenance/office staff and make rude comments to people. They don’t allow anyone to drive, walk, bike on their “public” street and when you do your stared at, given rude comments and gestures and screamed at to get out of their neighborhood or they are calling the police. One man by the name of Rob(ert) from their neighborhood came banging on my front door at 8am like he was the police yelling at me to tell my elderly, disabled, veteran Dad to stay out of their neighborhood and off their streets or they’ll press charges. I swear it’s like a CULT over there. If you’re 55+ and looking I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!

Very nice secluded area not far from local area businesses. Homes all modular. Residents however can be very rude and self serving.
