Our family has been living here since 1990.Back then everything was taken care of immediately. 2018 to midway of 2025 was rough. Multiple changes in staff and lots of lack of staff in the office. Now, things have changed. There’s reliable staff in the office. Issues are being addressed. Matters are being taken care of. It’s starting to feel the way it used too back in the day. We still love, living here. Easy access to the airport, trains and expressways. Yes lot rents have increased 10% in 2 years but literally everything has gone up. It’s still one of the least expensive way to live on Long Island. I’m looking forward to seeing the additional improvements coming here.

Special thanks to the community manager, Jackie and Trish, the assistant community manager. This is the best management team we’ve had in the office. Jackie always takes care of all of my needs and returns all calls promptly. If you need anything done in the park, Jackie will get it done.

We finally have staff running this community that is in the office when they're supposed to be, return phone calls, run a tight ship, get things done! We even have a young man who knows how to plow! I'm here 19 years and 5 months. If the corporation that owns this property had responsible staff running this park, living here would have been a pleasure.

The community has several ongoing issues, including sewage problems, stray animals, trash, and poorly maintained roads. Some residents display unpredictable or unsafe behavior, which can make the environment feel concerning. Based on my experience visiting or interacting with this property, I would not recommend living here.

The office management is very unprofessional and disorganized. They frequently make mistakes with rent, checks, and other administrative tasks. Some residents appear to be treated more favorably than others, and staff expectations are often unrealistic.The community has ongoing issues, including sewage problems, stray animals, trash, and poorly maintained roads. There are also several residents who display concerning or unsafe behavior, which can make the environment feel unpredictable.I would not recommnend living here or working with the management team.Edit: Since my initial review, I was falsely accused of trespassing on the property on two separate occasions, with no evidence to support these claims.
