Lincoln Village Introduce

Lincoln Village is a prominent manufactured housing community located in the heart of Holbrook, New York. As a long-standing fixture of the Suffolk County residential landscape, this mobile home park provides a vital affordable housing option for New Yorkers who wish to stay on Long Island without the extreme overhead of traditional real estate. The community is characterized by a blend of classic and newly renovated manufactured homes, offering a suburban feel with a focus on low-maintenance living. For over fifteen years, residents have found a sense of stability here, making it a well-ingrained part of the local Holbrook neighborhood.

The community at Lincoln Village is designed to foster a neighborly atmosphere while providing the privacy of individual homeownership. Many residents take great pride in their properties, contributing to a streetscape defined by well-kept lawns and personalized exterior touches. Under professional management, the park has seen recent infrastructure improvements, including significant road repairs that have enhanced the overall aesthetic and navigability of the village. For those looking for a "hidden gem" in the Long Island housing market, Lincoln Village represents a balance of community connection and the independence of a detached single-family home.

Location and Accessibility

Centrally located at 1137 Lincoln Ave, Holbrook, NY 11741, Lincoln Village offers exceptional connectivity for commuters and local explorers alike. The park is situated just off Veterans Memorial Highway, providing immediate access to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) and Sunrise Highway. This central positioning makes it a "commuter's delight," as residents are only a five-minute drive from Long Island MacArthur Airport and roughly seven minutes from the Ronkonkoma LIRR station, which provides direct rail service into New York City. The surrounding area is rich with convenience, featuring major retailers like Target and a variety of local dining options within a short walk or drive.

Accessibility within the park itself is a key feature for modern residents. Lincoln Village provides a wheelchair-accessible parking lot to accommodate guests and residents with mobility needs. While the roads are designed for community-speed traffic and maintain a cozy, intimate scale, the primary entrances are clearly marked and easy to find from Lincoln Avenue. Public transit users benefit from nearby bus stops at the intersections of Lincoln Avenue with Veterans Highway and Church Street, both of which are within a 10-minute walk from the community entrance, ensuring that those without personal vehicles remain well-connected to the rest of Suffolk County.

What is Worth Choosing

Lincoln Village is worth choosing primarily for its unbeatable value proposition in a high-cost region. On Long Island, finding a three-bedroom home for the prices seen in this community is a rarity. By choosing this mobile home park, residents can own a detached home with a private yard and driveway for significantly less than the cost of a local apartment rental. The inclusion of taxes, water, and maintenance in the monthly land lease simplifies personal budgeting, providing a "worry-free" financial structure that is particularly attractive to retirees, first-time homebuyers, and small families.

Furthermore, the location is a significant selling point that makes everyday life more efficient. Being so close to MacArthur Airport and the LIRR means that travel for work or leisure is never a chore. The fact that the community is part of the Sachem School District adds long-term value for those raising children, as it provides access to quality education within a safe, suburban pocket. For those who value a quiet life where you know your neighbors and can enjoy a private deck in the evening, Lincoln Village stands out as a practical, friendly, and accessible housing choice in Holbrook. Whether you are seeking a move-in ready renovated unit or a place to customize into your own, this community provides a solid foundation for homeownership on Long Island.

Been living here for about 15 years. Very content here ,new management fixed the roads great, so big improvement. Only thing maybe u can keep an eye on people not caring for their lawns. Makes it very embarrassing wen people come by. I try to keep my outside very nice but unfortunately I live between 2 pigs that don't care for their properties. That's the only thing I would change is to be on top of some of the people's yards. The majority takes good care of their lawns. Again it becomes an eyesore to c this

Very hard to navigate in this area. It is indeed a mobil home community. The roads are so small, it's like it was built for a single vehicle.Otherwise, the homes seem to be in good condition. And the owners seem to upkeep their property well.
