Never knew this place was here.THEY DO WEDDINGs. And have camp for the kids. Quietly tucked into the valley almost right above our house it's a gorgeous park with log cabins for campers, tons of activities available from water sports to a petting zoo. The historic Brandywine trail also runs thru it. We fortunate to catch Aurora Borealis there on 12 2024. Because it is tucked in to the rolling hills it provides great shade from city lights.
I went to check the place in advance for our church retreat scheduled in a few months. I was satisfied by the facility and helpful management who gave our group a guided tour of the facilities. Compared to our previous retreat locations, Camp Tecumseh is very well furnished and we are not worried about accomodation. Recommended!
This place is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the fall when I was there. The facilities are in immaculate shape. The disc Golf course is also a great course. Will definitely be coming back to place again. I would make this a point to visit if you are a player in the area.
