I was visiting a friend , and when I left his place around 3 or so I got caught in a huge line of people waiting to get children off the bus . I couldn't back up due to people immediately behind me . No signs anywhere just half the neighborhood all on one little Intersection waiting for the bus. They should have a more accommodating location for both the children to get on /off safely , and the parents. Not to mention the random people like me who don't wanna sit in a traffic jam for 15mins . I mean it's cool now I know, and if I leave I'll go out the back way. I am talking about the landowners in this review I in no way give the parents waiting here for their children a 2 star review . (5stars ) for the parents who have to deal with this traffic jam.
Horrible place to live. I have never had a landlord who is more unaccommodating, and money hungry as these people. They do not care about the people who live here and will purposely go out of their way to ignore emails, texts, calls OR they will LITERALLY tell you they don’t have time to deal with it. 10/10 do not suggest living here unless you absolutely have NO OTHER CHOICE... i would still choose to live out of my car before moving there again.
HUGE HOLES IN THE ROADWAYS!Lots of empty lots, run down trailers , LOT RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS, WATER IS HARD, LEAVES SCALE ON EVERYTHING IT SETS IN (TOILETS, SINKS ,APPLIANCES ).REQUIRES YOU MOW YOUR OWN LAWN AND SNOW REMOVAL IS YOUR OBLIGATION AS WELL.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE , EXCEPT AS A LAST RESORT !THAT IS WHY I GAVE IT A 1. IT IS BETTER THAT A TENT IN ITHACA.
Really nice MHP , park manager can be cranky at times , lives on site.. lots of new homes have been added within the last few years . Run by Affordable Great Locations property management
High rent, paying for water from a well that smells like sewer. No organization between owners and park manager. This place has really gone down hill since the new owners took over. I would not suggest living here, unless its a last resort.
