First, Cedar Grove Park is not an apartment building, it’s a very nice 55+ Mobile Home Park. It’s clean & quiet, perfect for those who prefer peace. The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. You own your home & pay an association fee for the lot. There’s room for a shed & you can decorate your lot any way you like.The manager, Dave is very nice. My husband & I are very happy here.

They had a nice party. Plenty of food. Julie and Mary did a great job DJing and singing. They also did karaoke. Great job. A nice crowd of people. Door prizes too. Who could ask for anything more?

Poor management! The water was shut down last week, two days, about 15 hours.I was never notified! The park manager lives across the street from me. This is not how you treat neighbors, especially if it's your job!
