Bought a mobile home in 2014. With underground electrical utility problems. And, the addresses listed on owners titles, are for the mailing units only. No physical address issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Services. Community Mailing Unit Numbers and Lot Numbers are not registered with the United States Postal Service, or with West Deptford Township. Still waiting for the removal of an illegal electrical connection ( see photo ).
Very nice place to live lately. They are in the process of cleaning up the area, removing over growth of vines and debris. Residents are also helping by cleaning up their own lots. I must say it's really looking great here and I feel very comfortable and safe here. Also, now they are bringing in new mobile homes to sell or rent. Why pay all that $$$$ on an apartment when you can pay less then $500 a month for lot rent. Very quiet area and lots of beautiful trees. A+++++
Not friendly at all! Not willing to help my father when my grandmother died after living there almost 30 years never being late on her rent never causing a problem. My grandmother never asked for anything from them. There's nothing nice about this place just drive thru you'll see it's not even nice to look at! The sewage is always backing up there's feces coming through the water supply it's so bad!
Poor management always telling tenants the trailer property needs improvement when you do everything they tell you to do they hang another sign on your door to do something else. No parking. You're only allowed 1 parking spot. Management is always raising lot rent 2-3 times a year. They leave others have trash and scrap in their yard blinds in windows all broken up take a tour you'll see. Always changing things around when they need to take care of trash in the park. Some people get away with not even mowing their lawns, weeds grown as tall as 6-7 feet tall it looks horrible. That's why I give them a 1 if I could I'd give them a negative 10 pay attention to reviews and check it out yourself by going through the park.
They don't do what they are suppose to and always trying to get more money out of you. Had I known about all the cattiness with a few neighbors and their story telling and the park not fixing everything in our home as we were told at agreement of sale we might not have purchased the home. Just had a rent increase and now want more money. When you call corp. office nobody returns your call or emails.
