Situated adjacent to the renowned historic district of Williamsburg, this community provides a blend of suburban living and proximity to some of the state's most famous cultural landmarks. The park's atmosphere is one of a traditional residential neighborhood, where the quiet of the Virginia countryside meets the convenience of modern urban infrastructure, making it a noteworthy consideration for those evaluating housing options in the 23185 zip code.

Lot rent is way too expensive and Lisa charging way too high a mortgage on the mobile homes. By the time you finalize a deal with her you don't pay twice as much for the mobile home. She doesn't get the property maintained for maintenance properly and the results of a tree falling on my house because she never got it cut down as I asked you several times.

A long time ago this was run by different owners and back then the property was amazing. Unfortunately it got new owners and so it's gone down hill bad. There is no fencing separating the other trailer lots from this one, and nothing is enforced or taken care of. They give out stickers for the cars but over half the people don't use them because the lot doesn't truly care. A lot of trailers and lawns look awful and not maintained. They are now finally allowing pets again but only one per family and must be registered. If you get a pool pass you are only allowed one guest no matter what which doesn't help for large family's and you aren't allowed to even buy a temporary pass for a guest. There are huge pot holes everywhere and a lot of the older lot owners just left due to the decreasing care of the area so it's now starting to feel like a sketchy place to live compared to it's once fabulous time.

I have lived here for 20 years. For the most part it is quiet. Privacy barriers for the trash cans were rebuilt and painted last year, there are new homes being moved into the park and they are trying to get the pool repaired and opened for the season. Trash cans were put up to be used as many people walk to and from 7-11 but many times you see the trash not placed in the cans and the park maintenance will be out there cleaning it up. There are some issues, but you cannot blame it on the owners. I will continue to rent my spot as it is the best mobile home park around. Someone had complained because there is not security but many residential areas do not have security and there is a good presence of James City Officers.

Dirty looking, streets not matained, people who own it will do anything for money like charge you to park your car on alot your already paying for. Blonde female named Lisa is very rude and their office looks like it can fall down at anytime. The atmosphere seems unhealthy, dirty and very unwelcome.

Would love to have some kind of fencing for neighbors putting stuff in your yard w/o permission. Example: a neighbor throws a couch away toward the center of the divider but you end up being charged for it. Otherwise, Country Village is a great and quiet mobile home community.
