Customer Reviews
This place has gone way down in the 30 plus years since we have been here. Rent keeps going up and service and conditions have gone way down. And people park were they want too.
Horrid, trash ridden lots with incompetent management that's just looking to steal more hard earned money out of your pocket. Practice social distancing and stay far away from this place. There are plenty of feasible alternatives in the area!
I would not even give them 1 star but had to. Do not move in here they are the worst park to live in it's dirty. There are kids running around throwing sticks at the trailers and all in your yard at night people just stand in the middle of the road and I can forget Franklin management is the worst. They are cons
Thank you so much for a chance to own a trailer. It was a great experience. It feels good.
Some places just don't need to exist and some managers should keep their opinion today self about what other property should do when it comes to price raise it charging people for parking you pay rent in these places and they want to charge you to park!!!!!
