Countryside Trailer Park Introduce

Countryside Trailer Park is a long-standing residential community situated in the vibrant city of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Established in 1935, it serves as one of the area's primary options for those seeking the benefits of a mobile home lifestyle within a well-connected urban setting. As an all-ages community, it welcomes a diverse group of residents, from young professionals and families to retirees looking to simplify their living arrangements. The park offers a blend of owned and rented units, creating a flexible environment that caters to various financial needs while maintaining a traditional neighborhood feel in the heart of Providence County.

Choosing to live in a mobile home park like Countryside provides a unique alternative to traditional apartment living or high-cost single-family homes in the Rhode Island real estate market. Residents here often cite the sense of community and the ability to have a private dwelling with outdoor space as key reasons for their stay. The park is characterized by its paved streets and a mix of home styles, including classic single-wide units and more modern multisection homes with peaked roofs. This variety ensures that the community remains accessible to a wide demographic of Bay Staters and Rhode Islanders alike.

Location is one of the most significant advantages for residents of Countryside Trailer Park. Located at 245 Manton St Unit #43, Pawtucket, RI 02861, the park is tucked away in a residential pocket while remaining incredibly close to essential urban amenities. One of the most beloved local features is the proximity to Slater Park, Pawtucket's oldest and largest public park. Within walking distance, residents can enjoy tennis courts, a loff carousel, dog parks, and scenic walking trails around the Ten Mile River. This immediate access to green space provides an excellent quality of life for those who enjoy outdoor activities and fresh air.

In terms of regional accessibility, the park is ideally positioned for commuters. It is located just a short drive from major transportation arteries including Interstate 95 and Route 1, allowing for a quick commute to Providence, which is only about five miles away. For those who rely on public transportation, the neighborhood is served by local bus routes, and the Pawtucket-Central Falls Transit Center is easily reachable, providing rail connections to both Boston and southern Rhode Island. The community also features a wheelchair-accessible parking lot to accommodate residents and guests with mobility needs, ensuring the park remains inclusive for all.

The highlights of Countryside Trailer Park extend beyond just its physical structures. The community atmosphere is frequently described as friendly and helpful, with many long-term residents looking out for one another. The park is a "pet-friendly" environment, which is a significant draw for many local renters who struggle to find accommodating apartments in the city. Additionally, the age diversity of the park creates a balanced environment where different generations coexist peacefully, sharing the quiet streets and well-lit walkways.

Landlord Al Vitali refused to fix multiple issues with rental to the point the housing authorities had to be notified. This place is falling apart and he is covering it up to resell. #55

I've lived here for almost 6 years on a street with mostly owned mobile homes. There are rentals in the community also. The majority of the neighbors are friendly and helpful toward each other. The park is clean, pet friendly, and has people of all ages. There is also Slater Park in walking distance.

They do not take care of the park. Some yards the grass is waist high. Roads are a mess. Hardly any maintenance is done. Park Manger is more interested in money and material things.

This place is completely ridden with cockroaches. I truly have no idea how people live there.

The quintessential Rhode Island trailer park experience. Loads of neighborhood cats, mildly creepy old folk, earnest hardworking men and women.
