Both of the Owners Roy Gherbïl & Carol Gersbürms are literally Saints on Earth. They graciously allowed me to live here for an entire 8 Years 100% Rent Free when I was trying to get sober. I owe my life to them and thank god every day for this Trailor Park.

Probably one of the nicer adult mobile parks in the area, quiet, close to shopping , central location, major highway, most owners take pride in their homes, great park owner, nice place to live.Still some locations available for new homes, and older classic models to restore...Looking to downsize, tiny home alternative and less maintenance and less expenses.As of now there are 3 locations available, that are brand new and 2 more upcoming by the spring! Still some sites available as of this Spring!..... New home available and other possibilities coming up.!..Nicest park around and fabulous management!..
