Cozy Pond Camping Resort Introduce

For those living in or visiting the New Hampshire region, Cozy Pond Camping Resort represents the quintessential New England outdoor experience. Located in the quiet, scenic town of Webster, this resort has become a beloved destination for local families seeking a balance between rustic nature and modern convenience. Under the dedicated ownership of Joe and Liz, the campground has undergone significant improvements, evolving into a high-quality facility that prioritizes cleanliness, safety, and genuine hospitality. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway to roast s'mores or a seasonal site to call your summer home, Cozy Pond offers a welcoming atmosphere where the staff treats every camper like a neighbor.

What sets Cozy Pond apart is its "resort" approach to camping. It isn't just a place to park an RV; it is a community designed around recreation and relaxation. The overall layout is meticulously cared for, blending wooded sites with open areas that allow for both privacy and social interaction. For New Hampshire locals who may be in transition—such as those building a home or looking for a long-term seasonal spot—the management is known for going out of their way to accommodate specific needs, showcasing a level of flexibility and kindness that is rare in larger, corporate-run parks. This personal touch ensures that from the moment you check in at the country store, you feel the "low-pressure" vibe that makes for a truly restorative vacation.

Location and accessibility are major advantages for visitors coming from within the Granite State. Cozy Pond Camping Resort is situated at 541 Battle St, Webster, NH 03303, conveniently located just five minutes off Interstate 89 at Exit 7. This makes it an easy drive from Concord (approximately 20 minutes) and Manchester (around 35 minutes), allowing for spontaneous weekend trips without the stress of long-distance travel. The facility is designed to be inclusive, offering a wheelchair-accessible entrance, wheelchair-accessible parking lots, and accessible restroom facilities. Upon arrival, the well-marked interior gravel roads lead you to spacious sites that are "big rig friendly," accommodating even the largest RVs with multiple slide-outs.

The services offered at Cozy Pond are comprehensive, ensuring that even the most "primitive" camper has access to modern comforts. The resort operates as a full-service facility, providing everything from basic utilities to high-end digital connectivity. One of their most impressive technical feats is a robust, enterprise-class Wi-Fi system that provides "at-home" quality signal even in the heavily wooded areas of the park. For those who want to stay connected or stream entertainment by the campfire, this infrastructure is a significant upgrade from standard campground offerings.

  • Large, spacious RV sites with full hookups including water, 30/50 amp electric, sewer, and free cable TV.
  • Dedicated tenting areas for those who prefer a traditional under-the-stars experience.
  • A well-stocked Country Store that sells fresh milk, eggs, meats, beer, wine, propane, and firewood.
  • Modern bathhouses featuring clean restrooms and free hot showers.
  • On-site laundry room equipped with washers and dryers for guest convenience.
  • LP gas refill station and a dump station located near the bathhouse.
  • Multiple payment options accepted, including credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay).
  • Seasonal site availability for long-term stays during the New Hampshire camping season.

Features and highlights at Cozy Pond are centered heavily on family-friendly fun. The resort is famous among local parents for its "amazing" pool area and splash pad, which provide a safe and exciting environment for children to cool off during the summer months. Beyond the water, the activity calendar is packed with events that cater to all ages, from the excitement of fire truck rides to the competitive spirit of adult Bingo. The physical amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large pond for fishing and boating, as well as updated playground structures that keep the younger crowd engaged for hours.

  • Two sparkling swimming pools and a dedicated splash pad for water-based fun.
  • A tranquil pond suitable for swimming, fishing (bait sold on-site), canoeing, and kayaking.
  • Extensive recreational courts for basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard.
  • A unique "Gaga Pit," mini-golf course, and a frisbee golf setup in the field.
  • Indoor Rec Hall featuring an arcade, pool table, and ping pong table for rainy day entertainment.
  • Wagon rides and evening rides on a real fire engine, a highlight for many families.
  • Pet-friendly facilities, including a special pond area specifically for dogs.
  • Large pavilion used for crafts, community gatherings, and themed weekend events like "Christmas in July."

For those planning their next New Hampshire adventure, reaching out to the team at Cozy Pond is the best way to secure your spot. Due to its popularity as a seasonal destination, many of the 184 sites fill up quickly, but the staff is always willing to check for cancellations or weekend openings. What is worth choosing about Cozy Pond Camping Resort is the undeniable sense of safety and community. In a world where many travel experiences can feel anonymous, Joe and Liz have created a space where people genuinely care about one another. It is "worth choosing" because of the continuous improvements; every season brings new upgrades, from better Wi-Fi to expanded play areas. For parents, the peace of mind that comes from a clean, well-cared-for environment where kids can roam safely between the playground and the pool is invaluable. The "low-pressure" environment means you can be as active or as relaxed as you choose—joining in on a cornhole tournament one hour and enjoying a quiet book by the wooded pond the next.

Furthermore, the location is a prime choice for those who want to explore more of what New Hampshire has to offer. Being just 20 miles from the New Hampshire Motor Speedway and close to the White Mountain National Forest, it serves as an excellent base camp for regional day trips. However, with the fire truck rides, the arcade, and the well-stocked store on-site, you may find that you never want to leave the park. For an authentic, high-quality, and friendly camping experience in South Central New Hampshire, Cozy Pond Camping Resort remains a top-tier recommendation.

Cozy Pond Campground is a amazing! From the first interaction with the owner Joe I let him know I was building a home and needed a seasonal site which they had none left. Joe went out of his way for me and my family without even knowing us. He accommodated us by making an awesome site work for the whole season. Even willing to make the September and October months tentative due to us not knowing exactly when our home will be finished. I can't express my gratitude within the kindness of Joe and Liz (owners) the campground is wonderful from the overall layout to all the fun activities. It is clean and well cared for. Everyone you meet here is friendly and respectful. I would recommend this campground to anyone! The hospitality and kindness from the time you walk in to the store to check in. From the owners right down to the staff it has been a great experience couldn't ask for nicer people. You can tell they genuinely care about giving a great, safe, clean camping experience. Very low pressure and relaxing thanks for everything!

I love this campsite. I know back in the days people said it wasn’t very nice, but the new owners, Joe and Liz, have really improved the campsite and keep improving every time we come back.Cozy Pond is perfect for kids. They have so many things to do for them and the pools are absolutely amazing.

Kind of wondering why your website has different times of operation from your answering machine. Very inconvenient when you need to leave or come back to the campground and the gate is shut. I tried picking up a family member and not only had to walk quite a distance but make several trips because you cage your customers like prisoners. I’m disabled so walking was a huge challenge for me. I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone regardless of how nice the people or place is. You shouldn’t lock people in or out without some form of access like a keypad or card.

It seems like a nice campground, spots seem a bit close together. The camp store is really well stocked, plus they have a dump station for passing RV's.

We stayed in our Class A for two nights in mid-October 2024. The owner was gracious and helpful. the grounds were clean, quiet and well kept. There is a sandy beach at the small pond. The 50A service is all brand new. The owners are all but rebuilding this park; and the work quality is excellent. Right now there's only one bath house and a small 2-unit laundry for $4 W&D; but the machines work fine. They are planning a second, new bath house for the 2025 season. We would recommend this park and would be happy to stay here again.
