Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC Introduce

Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC is an established residential community situated in the historic riverfront town of Gloucester City, New Jersey. This mobile home park offers an alternative to high-cost traditional real estate, providing a space where residents can enjoy the benefits of homeownership at a fraction of the price of a stick-built home. For many in the South Jersey region, this community represents a stable and budget-friendly living option characterized by long-term neighbors and a quiet, suburban atmosphere. The park is professionally managed, focusing on maintaining a safe environment while providing essential services to its residents.

As a community, Crescent Mobile Home Park is known for its neighborly spirit and its commitment to social welfare through various onsite initiatives. Many residents have lived in the park for several years, contributing to a sense of stability and low crime that is highly valued in urban-adjacent neighborhoods. While the park maintains a structured set of rules to ensure the aesthetic appeal and safety of the grounds, it also provides a supportive environment for those looking for a "no-frills" but reliable place to live. The management style is proactive, often engaging with the community through helpful programs that address the daily needs of the residents.

Location and accessibility are among the top highlights for anyone considering a move to Crescent Mobile Home Park. Situated at 1400 Crescent Blvd, Gloucester City, NJ 08030, the park sits along the busy Route 130 corridor, providing immediate access to one of the most vital transit routes in Southern New Jersey. This location is ideal for commuters, as it offers a direct path to the Walt Whitman Bridge and Ben Franklin Bridge, placing the heart of Philadelphia just minutes away. Additionally, the park is conveniently located near major shopping centers, local eateries, and public transportation hubs, making it a "walkable" location for many essential errands.

The accessibility of the park also extends to those with physical requirements. The facility includes a wheelchair-accessible parking lot to accommodate residents and guests with mobility needs. The layout of the park is designed for easy navigation, with well-lit streets and clearly marked home sites. Because it is located near the border of Brooklawn and Gloucester City, residents can easily access the diverse services offered by both municipalities, ranging from public parks to specialized medical facilities.

Services offered at Crescent Mobile Home Park LLC include:

  • Onsite professional management to handle lease agreements and site inquiries.

What is worth choosing when considering Crescent Mobile Home Park is the undeniable value of the location combined with the low cost of living. For approximately $650 to $725 a month in lot rent, residents gain a private living space in a location where a standard apartment might cost double that amount. It is particularly worth choosing for individuals who prioritize a quiet, safe neighborhood where management takes an active role in the community's well-being. The monthly food drives and the availability of resources at the office make this a standout choice for those who value a supportive local network.

Furthermore, the park is worth choosing for its convenience. Being located on Crescent Blvd (Route 130) means you are never more than a few minutes away from anything you need, from automotive services to retail shopping. While the park does enforce strict rules regarding outdoor storage and pet insurance, these regulations are designed to protect the collective quality of life for all residents. For those seeking an affordable transition into homeownership or a stable retirement spot in South Jersey, Crescent Mobile Home Park provides a factual, professional, and accessible foundation. Whether you are moving from across the city or across the bridge, this community offers a unique opportunity to live in a well-managed park that stays true to its local roots.

Lived here for 4 year and love it. Everyone is nice, no crime and the management makes sure the park is nice. Monthly food drive and food available at the office is a huge plus for many. At 650 a month for the location its hard to beat. Close to just about anything you need.

This place is ridiculous. We just got our yearly rent increase letter and they’re increasing it by $75. They act like this is some high end trailer park. There’s way nicer parks that charge less and have pools and other nice features for their tenants. You can’t have your kids toys outside. They have all these rules and will violate you for anything. You can’t put up fences so people are free to just walk through your yard whenever they want. They want you to have your vehicles registered to your address but it’s funny how many you see with PA tags on them. They charge fees to have pets which is ridiculous bc they make money off of you having them when they are in your trailer that you own and require you to have pet insurance on them. Once my kid graduates I’m selling my trailer and getting the hell out of this rundown park.

I've lived here for over 15 years and for the most part the other residents are friendly and the office has a food bank once a month, provides lunches for kids during the summer, and does other things to help out the community, like free breakfasts and sandwiches. At Christmas they offered free family portraits.

I helped my girl move her stuff back in after they fixed up the whole place not even a week later they gave her a violation stating I’m not on the lease which I’m not, but I don’t live here so they’re giving her a violation for no reason. Now again a week later still helping her fix everything around the house. Put things where they need to go and they give her another violation for the same thing.
