This is a good community with lots of great families. If you're looking for a quiet well kept neighborhood on a family budget the this may be a great place to start in Gap pa.
Nice little Mobile home community. I rode my bike there... A bit hilly compared to the one I used to live in.
Tried calling them several times but nothing but Voicemail called between the hours of 8 AM and 2 PM.
