For residents of Jefferson County and the surrounding areas of Western Pennsylvania, finding a living situation that balances affordability with a sense of community is a top priority. Crestwood Mobile Home Trailer Park, located in the scenic town of Brookville, serves as a long-standing option for those seeking a manageable lifestyle. As part of the broader Brookville landscape, this mobile home park provides a residential pocket that emphasizes independence and the privacy of a detached home at a fraction of the cost of traditional real estate. From the perspective of a local Pennsylvanian, Crestwood represents the quiet, unassuming character of small-town living where neighbors often know each other and the pace of life remains steady.
The atmosphere at Crestwood is primarily one of tranquility and simplicity. Nestled away from the main commercial drags, the park is characterized by its circular layout—Crestwood Circle—which helps to minimize through-traffic and creates a safer, more contained environment for residents. Like many manufactured home communities in rural Pennsylvania, the park is home to a diverse mix of individuals, from retirees looking to downsize to young professionals and families taking their first step into homeownership. While the park has faced challenges typical of independent housing communities, it remains a vital part of the local housing stock in a region where affordable options are highly valued.
Location and accessibility are among the park's most practical features. Situated at 369 Crestwood Circle in Brookville, PA, the park is conveniently located just a short drive from the center of town. Brookville, known as the "Gateway to Cook Forest," offers a historic charm with its Victorian architecture and local shops. For residents of Crestwood, this means easy access to essential services, including grocery stores, medical facilities like the Penn Highlands Brookville hospital, and local dining favorites along Main Street. Furthermore, the park is strategically positioned near Interstate 80, providing a direct link to larger hubs like Clarion to the west and DuBois to the east, making it a viable location for commuters who work throughout the tri-county area.

If all people there would pay their bills not just a few, the owners would be able to fix the place up. But when they have to continually pay their water bills n barely any lot rent comes in. There’s no money to fix things. Bc there money has to go to pay the water bills so it doesn’t get shut off. The owner is a very nice guy just tired of being taken advantage of. All bc of the person that ran the place while they weren’t around. So just a thought keep that in mind.
Drive way needs major repairs with the big holes in there and tired of fixing my vehicle because of them and the landlord lives out of state and doesn't keep the up keep on the property.
The road around the place will damage your car! Even at the 10mph recommend speed, I wont be driving here again..
Road needs improvement
