Customer Reviews
We had such a great stay at Dockside. It is a beautiful location right along the river, but also right by the town with all its amenities. It is close to Bloomsburg University and under 40 minutes from Rickett’s Glen. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.
We stayed there with our class A motorhome for a weekend in late August and the campground was fantastic. We were there with a girl's softball team and the owners made us all feel very welcome. Will definitely stay again!! Great location by the water.
This campground is privately owned (not corporate) on a beautiful little property on the Susquehanna River. The sites back up to the river, so expect to have the gentle sounds of lapping water and swaying trees to lull you to sleep at night. There is very little to no road noise to boot, which is just perfect for that authentic camping experience. The owners are super friendly and truly care about the place. Heads up to future campers: the drive is a little on the narrow side, and you have to turn to the left in order to orient yourself to back into the spots. I highly recommend Dockside if you're looking for a weekend getaway or are just passing through.
Privately owned with an amazing view from every site!! Perfect location to water access and a public park which provided multiple play areas, walking trail, and fishing pond. Close to all other locations like the Bloomsburg fairgrounds and Knoebels. The owner's hospitality was amazing making our stay feel like home. Full hook-ups and flat ground!
There's definitely a future for Dockside. The park is being renovated and up graded. We had a little struggle when we arrived but got situated with the Susquehanna as our view. Beautiful! The owner was beyond helpful and a pleasure to get to know.. Thank you!
