Location and accessibility are two of the strongest selling points for this Clarks Summit community. Situated at 124 Gardner Lane, Clarks Summit, PA 18411, the park is tucked away at the end of a quiet lane, insulating residents from the noise and traffic of busier thoroughfares. Despite this seclusion, the park is remarkably close to essential services. Residents are just a short drive away from the Viewmont Mall, various grocery stores, and diverse dining options. For commuters, the proximity to major routes like Interstate 81 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike ensures that traveling to Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, or other regional destinations is straightforward and efficient. Our daughter purchased and moved a mobile home to Edgewood Park 2 years ago. We worked closely with the new owners to set up the mobile home. They are very good people and couldn't have been more helpful. The Park is in a wooded setting and all of our daughters neighbors are friendly. If you like a more secluded quiet setting this is the Park for you. My daughter is very happy living at Edgewood Park. Huge thank you to the new owners Christina and Ryan for all of the help you've provided!

I lived here as a child in the 80s and it was a great place to grow up back then, things have changed a bit, as time does that, but its still a peaceful place. Everyone is friendly and looks out for eachother. The cats are a problem that we all have to be a part of in getting under control. All Trailers create a home for them to breed in the cold and the older residents probably dont even know about it. We actually just took a male kitten in, and its our responsibility to get him fixed and vac'd. Other than that our Manager and Landlord are great people and are very helpful. An awesome place for my kids to grow up now. Abington heights school district is a great school too.
