Customer Reviews
Rented one of the tiny homes, tiny home #8. I would recommend renting Tiny home #8 if you like more privacy. The tiny homes are very close together so it worked out better for me to rent one on the end. The campground was very calm without much going on. The tiny home had everything we needed. The hot tub stopped working on our last day but the owner was responsive and I'm sure will take care of it.While it may look like a trailer park when you drive up; the area with the tiny homes is nice and right next to a creek bed. It was a nice getaway for a couple of days.
My husband and I rented one of the tiny houses for a night away. The house was extremely comfortable and well stocked to meet any need we had. The view from the window was beautiful and relaxing and we loved spending time in the outdoor space grilling, sitting around the fire, and unwinding in the hot tub. Our host was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. We would definitely stay at the campground again.
They are under new ownership and I believe will get there. We stayed three nights in our RV. Sites are very close together but we had a pull through site with full hook ups. Only real downside is that the sewer does not drain like it should causing us to have to take it off with us since there is not a dump site. We had dogs with us and there are a couple good spots to take the dogs. No camp store currently. They are building some really nice tiny hoe s on the back that might be good to stay in. Surrounding area… bring wood! Didn’t see it for sale close. In between Hershey and Pottsville which was nice. We would stay again once they finish some upgrades!
This park is absolutely awesome. We stayed for two days. News owners ( mom and pop) since august 1st. The new owners are really putting a lot of money,TLC into this park. We saw numerous changes in two days. They are bring in brand new cabins. The pool looked amazing. We have stayed in 100s of parks being full time. We will definitely stay here again. Great for a night, week or a month. Easy in and out ,close to I-80 , but no hwy noise .
The new owners are transforming this campground into a very nice place. Don’t believe the older reviews which were based on experience with the previous owners. They are obviously pouring a lot of money and effort into this place and were great hosts for our big rigs.
