Well Kept Grounds and Management.I am a resident (10 years +)*Rules: Allow the residents to maintain and retain an altogether well rounded community.Anyone who has a problem with regulation should probably not reside in this community and, therefore, should have nothing negative to say about this community.You comply with regulations for a reason. If you didn’t want to you should have moved somewhere else.
Nice neighborhood, its not a trailer park at all. They have rules, so it kept up looking nice. Pretty much quiet some people have more pride in their yard and home than others.
I have called the office on several occasions and every time I get the answering service I leave a message and never get a call back, go to the office and it’s closed. Beyond aggravating
