This is a cute quiet 55+ neighborhood. Conveniently located to main shopping areas and close to the highway.

Nice community to live in and the management keeps the common areas very nice and clean at all times. They always have snow cleared off the streets immediately as well as the leaves and other debris that mother nature puts on most streets. Their lot rent is very reasonable and all of the homes in the community are very well kept. My Aunt lives there and my sister lived there for about 10 years before building her new home and I have several friends that live there as well. Great place to live!

Moved in this park 2015, it was well kept by the old owner.Trees were trimmed down regularly. And well maintained.But when new management took over the rent went up so high every year..They only have 1 maintenance guy and do nothing but go around I never see him trim the trees at all.Office never answer calls.

We moved into Ridgewood Manor in 2003 and it as the best park in the area. In 2013 it was taken over by new Management and it went down hill from there. The lot rent went up every year after the new Management took over. There was many different type of people moving in and the up keep of the park went down hill. The type people living there now are like the ones in the News Journal on December 11, 2019. The Man & Women arrested for human trafficking in Smyrna lives on Holly Ridge Dr. There also someone that lives in the park on Holly Ridge Dr that has not paid their taxes since 1999. They own over $12,000 in taxes and penalties. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

Owners sold park. No information distributed to established home owners. Just, they had up for sale. Don't care about the residents that have lived here for 20 + years. Everyone feels disrespected and literally screwed...ownership not following their own rules. Don't repair anything... Park going to hell....Money is the root of all evil!! Thanks Mel
